Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct land, topographical, and construction surveys at project sites.

Perform setting out, leveling, alignment, and positioning of construction works.

Establish and verify benchmarks, control points, coordinates, and reference points.

Operate surveying equipment, including Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS.

Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings.

Check dimensions, elevations, levels, and coordinates against approved drawings.

Carry out surveys for foundations, columns, slabs, excavation, roads, drainage, and other construction activities.

Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them to the concerned engineer.

Prepare survey reports, field notes, calculations, and as-built survey data.

Maintain accurate survey records and ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Comply with project quality standards, construction specifications, and site safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction surveying.

Hands-on experience using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying instruments.

Good knowledge of setting out, leveling, coordinates, benchmarks, and site measurements.

Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing is an advantage.

Experience in villas, residential buildings, commercial buildings, high-rise projects, or infrastructure works is preferred.

Previous Bahrain or GCC construction experience is an advantage.

Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Must be currently available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.
