About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience of our SaaS platform.
This role is focused on creating intuitive, engaging, and visually polished digital experiences across multiple web applications and user portals. You will be responsible for designing user-centred interfaces, improving workflows, and collaborating closely with product managers and developers to deliver high-quality products.
While this is primarily a UI/UX Design role, experience in Product Design, UX strategy, information architecture, or product thinking will be considered a strong advantage.
A key part of our platform is a children's learning portal. Experience designing engaging digital experiences for children, gamified interfaces, or education technology products will be highly valued.
Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX)
Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for complex SaaS applications.
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Improve existing workflows through user-centred design principles.
Define clear navigation structures and information architecture.
Ensure products are easy to learn, efficient to use, and accessible.
User Interface (UI)
Design modern, clean, and responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile devices.
Create high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
Apply strong visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and layout principles.
Ensure consistency across all products through reusable UI patterns.
Design meaningful interactions, animations, and micro-interactions where appropriate.
Design Systems
Build and maintain a scalable design system.
Create reusable components and UI libraries.
Maintain design documentation and style guides.
Ensure consistency across multiple applications and portals.
Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders.
Participate in requirement discussions and feature planning.
Provide detailed design specifications and developer handoff.
Review implemented features to ensure design quality and consistency.
Collaborate with frontend developers throughout implementation.
Product Improvement
Analyse user behaviour and identify usability improvements.
Conduct competitor and UX research.
Recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business goals.
Continuously improve the overall user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Senior UI/UX Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing real-world web applications or SaaS products.
Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.
Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles.
Experience working closely with frontend development teams.
Ability to prepare developer-ready design specifications.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
