We're Hiring – IT Officer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Officer to join our team at our gaming store.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain computers, POS systems, and network infrastructure.
Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT issues.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and other IT equipment.
Perform regular data backups and ensure system security.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in IT support, computer maintenance, and networking.
Knowledge of POS systems and CCTV is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
