A well established, reputed Mineral Water Company in Bahrain is looking for young and dynamic Customer Care Executive

1. Follow up daily cooler maintenance, repair, sanitization orders, and customer appointments.
2. Handle customer complaints, service requests, and ensure timely resolution.
3. Support technicians with route planning, work orders, and operational inquiries.
4. Prepare daily and monthly reports, KPI tracking, and service tracking record.
5. Maintain customer service activities with good communication skills (Hindi/Malayalam ) and basic computer knowledge.
6. Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager as required by the business.
7. Gender (Female)
8 Nationality - Indian
