We're hiring for Diesel Generator Technician

📍 Location: Bahrain

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Generator Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning of diesel generator systems while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance on diesel generators and associated equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in generator systems.
Install, test, and commission new generator sets and accessories.
Conduct performance testing and ensure generators operate efficiently and meet required output standards.
Carry out major generator overhaul and repair works when required.
Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and customer documentation.
Use specialized diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer procedures and standards.
Ensure all electrical testing and maintenance activities are performed safely.
Provide technical support and excellent customer service during site visits.
Stay updated on the latest generator technologies, industry developments, and best practices.

Requirements:
Diploma, ITI, or Technical Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or a related field.
Proven experience in diesel generator maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, generator systems, and electrical controls.
Ability to diagnose and rectify both mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
Experience in generator installation, commissioning, and load testing.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field service activities effectively.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to HSE procedures.
Willingness to participate in on-call emergency service duties as required.
Middle East driving license will be an added advantage.
