Property: Residential Tower / Owners Association

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a residential building and ensure high standards of service, maintenance, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage daily building operations and common-area services.

Supervise security, cleaning, handyman and other service contractors.

Monitor contractor performance, attendance, SLAs/KPIs and service quality.

Handle owners/residents' requests, complaints and follow-ups.

Manage service-charge collections and outstanding payment follow-ups.

Maintain administrative records, contracts, quotations and reports.

Coordinate with the Owners Association/Board and property stakeholders.

Support RERA/OA documentation and regulatory requirements.

Obtain quotations, compare vendors and control operational costs.

Prepare monthly operational, collection and contractor-performance reports.

Ensure the building remains clean, safe, well-maintained and professionally managed.



Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in facility/property management.

Bahrain experience preferred.

Good knowledge of residential building/OA operations.

Strong administration, contractor management and collection skills.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Knowledge of Bahrain RERA/OA requirements is an advantage.

Computer proficiency in MS Office/Excel.

Driving licence preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Hands-on, responsible, cost-conscious and capable of independently managing daily building operations while coordinating closely with Board / Owners Association.
