We are hiring Quantity Surveyor for an reputed construction company in Bahrain.

Their core duties and responsibilities include:
Cost Management & Forecasting: Prepare project budgets, produce estimates, and forecast cash flow. They track expenditures and conduct monthly Cost/Value Reconciliations (CVRs).Procurement: Oversee the bidding process, analyze subcontractor and vendor quotations, and award contracts.
Contract Administration: Negotiate terms, manage change orders and variations, and ensure both clients and subcontractors adhere to contract terms.
Valuations & Final Accounts: Measure and value completed site works, process interim payments, and settle the final accounts.
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and delegate tasks to junior quantity surveyors and commercial team members
