Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Surveyor to join our construction team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, setting out construction works, verifying measurements, and ensuring that all site activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land and construction site surveys to determine levels, boundaries, coordinates, and measurements.

Perform site setting-out activities for foundations, columns, walls, roads, and other structural elements.

Operate surveying instruments, including Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS equipment, and other relevant tools.

Interpret construction drawings, site plans, and survey data.

Establish reference points, benchmarks, gridlines, and elevation levels.

Verify dimensions, alignments, elevations, and coordinates against approved drawings.

Prepare survey reports, as-built surveys, measurement records, and site documentation.

Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other construction personnel.

Identify and report discrepancies between actual site conditions and approved drawings.

Ensure surveying activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and site safety requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Construction Surveyor or Land Surveyor in construction projects.

Practical experience using Total Station, Auto Level, and other surveying equipment.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.

Knowledge of site setting-out, levelling, coordinate systems, and as-built surveys.

Familiarity with AutoCAD and survey data processing software is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Important Requirements

Must be currently available in Bahrain.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Previous construction site experience is required.

Candidates with experience in high-rise buildings, villas, and large-scale construction projects are preferred.
