Description

Lead and manage the sales and project teams for the Centralized Gas System division, ensuring optimal performance and team synergy
Must have executed projects like Mall, Villas which have centralized gas system in place
🔹 Drive project sales growth by converting leads, responding to enquiries, and securing
new business.
🔹 Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and
client requirements.
🔹 Identify and acquire new opportunities through market research, networking, and
relationship building.
🔹 Engage and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders to position our CGS
solutions effectively.
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, execution) to ensure
seamless project delivery.
🔹 Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management.
🔹 Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, training, and team
development.
BE Mechical with 10 years of experience and GCC experience mandatory.
Salary BHD 1000 to 1400/- plus Family Status +Air Ticket
