Job Title: Planning Engineer

Location: Bahrain

Requirements:

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bahrain construction projects.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
* Experience in preparing and updating project schedules, manpower histograms, and progress reports.
* Knowledge of Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical construction activities.
* Experience in baseline schedules, recovery plans, and delay analysis.
* Strong understanding of project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
* Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
* Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations.
* Coordinate with project teams to obtain progress updates.
* Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
* Develop recovery schedules and mitigation plans when required.
* Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource utilization.
* Support project management with planning and scheduling activities.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding project progress.

Preferred: Candidates currently available in Bahrain with experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
