Job Title: Safety Officer

Location: Bahrain

Requirements:

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bahrain construction projects.
* Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related field.
* NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
* Knowledge of Bahrain HSE regulations and construction safety standards.
* Experience in Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical construction activities.
* Ability to conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and Bahrain safety regulations.
* Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits.
* Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Prepare risk assessments, method statement reviews, and safety reports.
* Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
* Monitor work permits and ensure safe execution of activities.
* Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
* Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients on HSE matters.
* Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.

Preferred: Candidates currently available in Bahrain with experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
