Job Vacancy: Scaffolding Safety Officer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Scaffolding Safety Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all scaffolding activities comply with safety regulations, company standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures and work areas.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers.
- Prepare safety reports, inspection records, and incident investigations.
- Coordinate with site management and contractors to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

- Relevant Safety Officer certification.
- Scaffolding Inspector/Supervisor certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in scaffolding safety management.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
