Description

We are seeking a Marketing Officer to lead the commercial growth of our restaurant outlets in Bahrain. This is a strategic role focused on increasing footfall, managing brand reputation, and executing effective digital campaigns across Meta and other primary platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Commercial Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement initiatives to drive revenue and guest loyalty.
• Platform Ecosystem Management: Oversee our presence on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and other digital channels. Manage business pages, coordinate ad campaigns, and ensure our location data and booking pathways are fully optimized.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and report on marketing ROI and footfall conversion. You will be responsible for providing actionable reports on campaign performance to management.
• Operational Liaison: Act as the direct point of contact for restaurant managers. Ensure that marketing promotions and menu changes are seamlessly executed at the store level.
• Paid Media Oversight: Manage advertising budgets on Meta to ensure we reach the right local audience. Analyze cost-per-acquisition to maximize the efficiency of our marketing spend.
• Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to guest feedback to ensure high service ratings across all platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Residency Status: Must be currently based in Bahrain and eligible for a local visa transfer (LMRA compliant).
• Marketing Foundation: Proven background in marketing, ideally within the F&B or hospitality industry in the GCC region.
• Digital Fluency: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Business Suite (Ads Manager). Experience in reading data, setting up funnels, and optimizing for real-world results (footfall/sales).
• Analytical Ability: Strong skills in Excel and reporting. You must be comfortable translating raw numbers into clear, professional reports.
