Visa Consultant / Travel Consultant – Bahrain

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Visa Consultant to join our growing travel agency team in Bahrain. Candidates with relevant experience in visa processing and travel consultancy are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage visa processing and documentation for Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and other international destinations
• Handle flight ticket reservations and hotel bookings
• Assist clients with travel planning and provide excellent customer service
• Manage travel bookings efficiently using GDS systems
• Provide accurate information on visa requirements, travel regulations, and holiday packages
• Handle client inquiries and support them throughout the application process

Requirements

• Previous experience in travel agency or visa processing is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain visas, Saudi visas, and other international visa procedures
• Experience in air ticketing, holiday packages, and hotel reservations
• Familiarity with GDS systems (Galileo or Sabre preferred)
• Ability to handle clients independently and professionally
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)
• Candidates from the Kerala (Malayali) are preferred
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain
