Experience: +3 years of experience in Civil Engineering Construction in the High-rise Building, Shopping Mall and Villa Projects.

1 Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role within the construction industry.

2 Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.

3 Proficiency in cost estimation techniques and quantity take-off software.

4 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

5 Solid understanding of procurement processes and contract management.

6 Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with the capability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

7 Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, and cost estimating software.



QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
