Description

We are looking for a talented, sincere, and well-organized Land Surveyor to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in developing their career within the construction and real estate development sector.

The candidate will be responsible for carrying out site surveys, setting out works, taking accurate measurements, establishing and checking levels, coordinates, boundaries, and other survey-related requirements for ongoing development projects. The role will also involve preparing and maintaining survey records, coordinating with project and site teams, checking drawings and survey data, and ensuring that survey activities are completed accurately and on time.

The successful candidate should be talented, hardworking, sincere, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment. The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, coordinate effectively with different teams, and take responsibility for assigned tasks is essential.

Candidates with good knowledge of surveying instruments and relevant software, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities will be preferred.
