JOB VACANCY – QA/QC CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced and qualified QA/QC Construction Engineer to join our construction project team.

Position: QA/QC Engineer – Construction
Industry: Civil / Building Construction
Location: Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System.
• Conduct inspections of civil and construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and method statements.
• Prepare and review Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), checklists, and quality records.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams regarding quality requirements.
• Monitor construction works and ensure compliance with project specifications and approved procedures.
• Raise, track, and close NCRs, observations, and quality-related comments.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, test reports, and handover documents.
• Participate in consultant/client inspections and site quality meetings.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.

Requirements

✅ Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
✅ 5+ years of QA/QC experience in construction projects preferred.
✅ GCC/Bahrain construction experience will be an advantage.
✅ Strong knowledge of construction specifications, drawings, ITPs, method statements, and inspection procedures.
✅ Good communication and coordination skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage site quality requirements.
