Description

We are hiring Garden Stylist.

The creative finishing force of every residential garden project. Transforms planted spaces into styled experiences by blending décor taste, plant artistry, and spatial styling into a final garden that feels intentional, beautiful, and uniquely suited to the homeowner.


Package Salary:
• Basic salary BD 450, house allowance BD 50, transportation provided
• Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week


Core Responsibilities
• Final Garden Composition: Arrange and style all plant groupings, planters, accents, and green features to create a cohesive, polished garden look.
• Plant & Décor Curation: Select plants, containers, and decorative elements based on aesthetic harmony, client taste, and home architecture.
• The "Best Final Touch" Add finishing details — plant positioning, mulch texture, edge lines, accent lighting placement, decorative stones — that elevate the overall visual impact.
• Client Taste Translation: Interpret client preferences (modern, tropical, minimalist, lush, etc.) into tangible garden styling decisions.
• On-Site Styling Direction: Guide outsourced labor on precise placement, spacing, and finishing details during installation.
• Seasonal Refresh Styling: Propose periodic styling updates to keep home gardens looking current and vibrant year-round.
Key Deliverables at Startup
• Garden styling standards and "final touch" checklist for all project tiers
• Curated lookbook of plant + décor combinations for common home styles in Bahrain
• Seasonal refresh menu for existing clients
Required Profile
• Exceptional taste in home décor, interiors, and outdoor styling
• Keen eye for color, texture, proportion, and spatial balance
• Strong knowledge of ornamental plants and how to use them as design elements
• Hands-on; comfortable working on-site to adjust and refine until the garden looks "right"
• Self-starter who can own the creative finish of every project with minimal oversigh
