Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages to exacting standards
Provide exceptional, personalized customer service in a refined dining environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
Ensure consistency in presentation and taste of all beverages
Engage with guests professionally, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Barista in a caf? or high-end restaurant/hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
