Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Specialist who is locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
Provide technical support to end-users (onsite and remote)
Manage user accounts, access controls, and security settings
Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes
Maintain servers, network systems, and cloud services
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services
Document IT procedures and maintain system records
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support, or similar role
Strong knowledge of networking, systems administration, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Must be available to join immediately
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications
Experience in the Bahrain or GCC market
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Arabic language skills are an advantage
