Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented SEO/SEM Specialist who is locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing search engine optimization and paid marketing activities to increase website visibility, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization
Manage SEM campaigns including Google Ads and other paid platforms
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CTR, and conversions
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly content
Track, analyze, and report performance using analytics tools
Stay updated with search engine algorithms and digital marketing trends
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in SEO/SEM or digital marketing role
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and PPC campaign management
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Must be available to join immediately
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Bahrain or GCC market
Google Ads or Analytics certifications
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
Arabic language skills are an advantage
