We are Hiring: Fabricator – Ready Mix Plant

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Fabricator to join our Ready Mix Plant team. The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication experience and a solid background in plant maintenance.

*Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and maintain plant equipment.
Identify root causes of equipment failures and report to the supervisor.
Dismantle and reassemble machinery using hoists, forklifts, cranes, and hand tools.
Inspect equipment parts for wear and damage and recommend solutions.
Perform welding on stationary and mobile equipment, including structural components.
Fabricate items such as liners, chutes, pipes, tables, and mounts.
Test equipment after maintenance to ensure proper operation.
Carry out routine servicing and preventive maintenance.
Maintain inventory and ensure proper care of assigned tools and vehicles.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

*Qualifications:

High School Diploma (Diploma in a relevant field preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication and welding.
Experience in batching plant maintenance is required.
GCC experience is preferred.
