About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR and Payroll Officer to manage HR operations with a focus on payroll processing, recruitment support, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, a solid understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees, ensuring compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies on Indeed, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation in line with labor regulations.
Maintain employee records and ensure all HR and payroll data are updated in the HRIS/ATS.
Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and other employee-related queries.
Support HR reporting and provide metrics on payroll, recruitment, and HR operations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor law, and internal policies.
Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in HR, recruitment, and payroll operations (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit procedures.
Experience posting jobs on Indeed and managing recruitment processes.
Proficiency in payroll systems, Excel, and HRIS/ATS tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Immediate availability is required.
Preferred Skills

Experience across multiple HR functions.
Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling payroll and HR information.
