Property Manager Required

A new luxury residential building with a five-star living concept, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of the building and ensure high standards of service for residents.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the building
- Supervising reception, housekeeping, and security teams
- Handling tenant relations and resolving residents’ requests
- Coordinating maintenance and facility management
- Monitoring occupancy and assisting with leasing
- Ensuring the building operates at high hospitality standards

Requirements:
- Experience in property management or hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and building operations
- Good problem-solving skills
- English required (Arabic is a plus)
