We are looking for a Restaurant Manager, Catering, Sales & Marketing for an Authentic, Indian, Desi, Arabic, International, Chinese Restaurant in Adliya.

Location: Adliya, Bahrain

Cuisines: Indian, Desi, Arabic, Chinese & International

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to handle daily operations, lead front- and back-of-house teams, and actively drive restaurant and catering sales in Adliya.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Team: Oversee daily dining services, manage staff schedules, ensure fast table turnover, and enforce strict food quality and hygiene standards.

Cost Control: Control food costs, labor costs, and inventory to maintain strong restaurant profitability.

Catering & Sales: Pitch and secure corporate orders, outdoor catering, and private event bookings across Bahrain.

Marketing: Drive local area marketing, manage online delivery platforms, and organize seasonal menu promotions.

Key Metrics (KPIs):

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) & Review Ratings
Food Cost % & Labor Cost %
RevPASH (Revenue Per Available Seat Hour) & Table Turnover
Catering Revenue Targets

Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager in high-volume or multi-cuisine dining (Bahrain experience required).

Skills: Proven background in catering sales, local marketing, team leadership, and P&L management.

Languages: Fluent English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.

Status: Based in Bahrain with a transferable CPR/Visa preferred.
