Job Vacancy: Restaurant Manager – Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient restaurant management.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff.
- Supervise staff performance, attendance, and shift schedules.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Monitor sales, expenses, inventory, and stock levels.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems, sales reporting, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Candidates with experience in QSR, cafés, or fast-food restaurants are preferred.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
