Job Summary

Ibis Bahrain is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, Cash Float, Petty Cash Disbursement, and assisting the Income Auditor & receivables. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor and supervise the accounting department’s daily routines to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient daily work practices.
Supervising and assisting with account reconciliations, Cash Float, OC & ENT, account analysis, Night Audit, and assisting the income auditor & receivables, including closing procedures at month-end.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Must be a Finance Graduate.
Minimum 3 years of similar experience in the Hotel Industry in 4 Star or 5 Star Hotel
Should have knowledge in OPERA and Sun System
Ability to work under pressure
