Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Assistant who can join immediately and support our hiring process. The ideal candidate should have prior recruitment experience, strong coordination skills, and a good understanding of Bahrain labor law. The role involves assisting with sourcing candidates, posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Post and manage job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed and other recruitment portals
Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation
Ensure recruitment practices comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates
Support HR team with onboarding documentation for new hires
Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and recruitment procedures
Experience posting jobs on Indeed or other online job portals
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools
Must be available to join immediately
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience working in a recruitment agency or HR department
