Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The candidate should be able to handle basic office tasks, maintain records, and assist the team in ensuring smooth office functioning.

Responsibilities:
*Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
*Handle document filing, data entry, and record keeping.
*Assist in preparing reports, emails, and office documents.
*Coordinate with staff and departments for daily office requirements.
*Manage office supplies and maintain office organization.
*Assist in handling calls, inquiries, and basic correspondence.

Requirements:
*Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an office or administrative role.
*Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
*Good communication and organizational skills.
*Ability to multitask and work efficiently in an office environment.
