Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, gypsum, marble, and joinery works

Ensure finishing works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications

Monitor work quality, productivity, and timelines

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers

Inspect completed works and ensure quality standards are met

Identify and rectify finishing defects

Maintain daily site reports and progress updates

Ensure safety rules and site discipline are followed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction finishing works

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil / Construction field preferred

Strong knowledge of building finishing materials and methods

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise projects

Good communication skills in English
