Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily aluminium fabrication activities, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate production and installation requirements for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily aluminium fabrication works, including aluminium doors, windows, frames, partitions, curtain walls, and other aluminium structures.

Read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication drawings, and project specifications.

Allocate tasks to fabricators, technicians, and workshop workers to ensure timely completion of work.

Monitor fabrication processes, measurements, cutting, assembly, and finishing to maintain quality standards.

Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and installation teams regarding project requirements and delivery schedules.

Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly utilized.

Inspect completed products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and proper handling of materials and equipment.

Monitor productivity, minimize material wastage, and resolve fabrication-related issues.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabrication Supervisor or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication techniques, materials, tools, and machinery.

Ability to read and interpret technical and fabrication drawings.

Experience in supervising workshop personnel and coordinating with construction site teams.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of quality control procedures and workplace safety standards.

Must be currently available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
