About the Role:
A leading manufacturer and supplier of building materials, steel reinforcement, and welded wire mesh (Weld Mesh) is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations and expand our footprint across the market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, maximize profitability, and grow market share.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and track the performance of the sales team (both field and office-based) to ensure continuous growth and achievement of KPIs.
• Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, major infrastructure/construction projects, and strategic partnerships.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key contractors, developers, consultants, and procurement heads.
• Market Intelligence: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, raw material price fluctuations, and demand patterns in the reinforcement and weld mesh sectors.
• Credit & Receivables Management: Oversee credit control policies and ensure timely collections of receivables in coordination with the finance department.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 8+ years of proven sales management experience specifically within the construction, building materials, steel reinforcement, or weld mesh industry.
• Market Expertise: Deep knowledge and thorough understanding of the Bahrain and GCC markets, backed by a strong, existing network of contractors and consultants.
• Skills: Exceptional strategic planning, commercial acumen, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
