Senior Estimator - Aluminum Facade Leading Company, Bahrain

Are you an experienced Senior Estimator looking for a challenging on-site role in Manama? Our leading aluminum facade company in Bahrain is seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team!

About the Role:

As a Senior Estimator, you will be crucial in preparing accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documents. Your responsibilities will include assessing material, labor, and equipment requirements, preparing detailed cost break-downs, and coordinating with project managers and engineers. You will also review and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers, track and manage project budgets, and ensure all estimates comply with relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in cost estimating, analyzing blueprints, and preparing detailed cost break-downs.

Conversant with Aluminum Doors, Window & Curtain Walling Facade systems, with SCHUCO systems & other well-known systems.

Proficiency in coordinating with project managers and engineers.

Strong skills in reviewing and evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers.

Excellent capabilities in tracking and managing project budgets.

Knowledge of standards and regulations relevant to cost estimating.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience with estimation software and tools is beneficial.

Relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
