Job Title: Civil Engineer
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of construction, site supervision, project coordination, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at project sites.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and monitor materials and workmanship.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Check quantities, measurements, and material requirements.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Coordinate with consultants and project management teams.
Ensure proper implementation of health and safety procedures at the site.
Monitor project costs, material usage, and minimize unnecessary wastage.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
GCC experience is an advantage.
