HIRING: Salon Manager – Well-Established Ladies Salon
A well-established boutique ladies salon operating successfully in Bahrain since 2016 is seeking a organized, friendly, and leadership-minded Salon Manager to join our team.
If you have experience in salon, retail, or customer service management and enjoy building great customer relationships in a warm, professional environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Lead and motivate the salon team with clear guidance and positive leadership.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high standards of client satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and feedback professionally.
Manage basic day-to-day coordination (staff scheduling, stock/inventory tracking).

Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role (Salon, Spa, Retail, or Hospitality experience is preferred).
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Advantage:
English proficiency is required.
Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Indian languages (e.g., Hindi, Malayalam) is also a great plus.
