A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain is seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of skills, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general repairs.
Job Description:
• Performing general maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and minor plumbing repairs
• Installing and repairing fixtures and appliances
• Responding to maintenance requests from tenants
• Repairing and replacing doors, windows, and trim
• Building and installing shelves, cabinets, and furniture
• Unclogging drains
• Fixing leaky faucets and toilets
• Replacing pipes and fittings
• Replacing light bulbs and switches
• Troubleshooting electrical outlet
• Painting walls, ceilings, and trim
• Wallpapering and texture application
• Maintaining HVAC systems and lighting fixtures
• Inspecting and maintaining fire safety equipment
Qualifications:
• Experience in general maintenance and repair work
• Must have 5-7 years of experience in the similar filed/role
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
