Description

We are looking for a motivated and experiences Fitness Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the fitness facility.

Job description:

- Oversee the daily operations of the fitness club.
- Supervise reception, sales, fitness, cleaning, café and other staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
- Monitor memberships, renewals, sales and daily revenue.
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
- Coordinate staff schedules, attendance and leave.
- Ensure the facility, equipment and common areas are clean, safe and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales targets, expenses and operational requirements.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and Bahrain regulations.
- Prepare regular operational and sales reports for management.
- Assist with recruitment, on-boarding and staff training.
- Support promotional activities and membership campaigns.

Minimum qualifications:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Sports Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, wellness or similar operations.
- Previous supervisory/management experience.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Customer-service oriented.
