Outlet Manager – Sports Bar:
The Outlet Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Sports Bar, ensuring smooth service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. The role involves supervising staff, controlling costs, planning promotions, and maintaining high service standards.

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the Sports Bar.

Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer feedback effectively.

Supervise, train, and schedule bar and service staff.

Drive sales, control costs, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Monitor stock, inventory, and supplier orders.

Plan and implement promotions, theme nights, and special events.

Maintain hygiene, health, and safety compliance.

Prepare and submit sales, cost, and performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role (sports bar/lounge experience preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.

Financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and sales reporting.

Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
