We’re Hiring: Accountant cum Purchase Manager

We are looking for an organised and reliable Accountant cum Purchase Manager to handle accounting, purchasing, and customer quotations for our printing shop.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounts, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare accurate customer quotations based on material, printing, finishing, and delivery costs.
- Coordinate with the production team to confirm job specifications, pricing, and timelines.
- Follow up on quotations and maintain records of approvals and confirmed orders.
- Source and purchase paper, inks, printing materials, and other supplies.
- Compare supplier quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchases with the production team.
- Verify purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier invoices.
- Track printing job costs and identify opportunities to reduce waste and expenses.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting, purchasing, and preparing quotations; printing industry experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong costing, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
