WE ARE HIRING – AUTOMOTIVE OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Automotive Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our automotive business.

Key Responsibilities
Monited rider KPIs including delivery time and compliance. Conducted field inspections and patrol operations. Provided on-ground operational support. Performed quality audits to improve customer satisfaction. Assisted in rider coaching and performance improvement. Reported operational issues and violations. Supported onboarding and training activities. Coordinated between riders and dispatch teams.

Manage and oversee daily automotive operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Lead and supervise workshop, service, and operational teams.

Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and automotive industry regulations.

Manage inventory, spare parts, equipment, and operational resources.

Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and profitability.

Monitor budgets, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in automotive operations or a similar managerial role, preferably who worked in Talabat.

Strong knowledge of automotive workshop/service operations.

Proven leadership and team-management skills.

Strong understanding of operational KPIs, budgeting, and cost control.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
