Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and IT peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, and devices.

Deliver professional customer service and clear communication during support visits.

Manage and document support activities effectively.

Requirements:

4–5 years of proven professional experience in IT support.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Must be currently based in Bahrain.

Valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory.
