Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.

Monitor project budgets and track variations.

Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments.

Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor bids.

Advise on procurement strategies and contract negotiations.

Measure and value work completed on site.

Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with building regulations and legal standards.

Prepare and submit accurate reports and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar role (minimum [6+] years preferred).

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Proficiency in cost estimation and project budgeting software.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of construction methods and legal regulations.

Membership in a professional body (e.g., RICS, AIQS, or equivalent) is a plus.
