We are a dynamic retail business with multiple outlets, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business functionality. Join our team and help us grow while keeping our operations efficient and streamlined!

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Open the office at 9:00 AM and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Track and record daily sales from each outlet in an organized file.
- Monitor inventory levels across stores and manage product resupply.
- Analyze inventory to rotate products based on seasonal trends and weather demands.
- Manage company bank accounts and oversee cash flow.
- Process monthly employee salaries and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Handle overhead payments, including internet, electricity, and rent for outlets and warehouse.

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial management and basic accounting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and Microsoft Excel (or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
