👑 Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Manage, schedule, and motivate the bar team. Conduct continuous training to drive sales, upselling, and strict adherence to Company's service standards.
• Elite Guest Relations: Greet high-profile hosts and guests upon arrival, circulating the floor during events to guarantee absolute satisfaction and swiftly resolve any issues.
• Operational Excellence: Supervise the execution, cleanliness, and functional aesthetics of the bar area. Oversee beverage presentation to ensure it meets luxury standards.
• Financial & Stock Control: Overlook all payment processing, maintain rigorous stock controls, track inventory, and build strong relationships with premium suppliers and representatives.
• Compliance & Safety: Stay fully updated on and strictly enforce local licensing laws and legal guidelines regarding the service of alcohol.

📋 Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a managerial role, strictly within a high-end, luxury, or fine-dining restaurant environment.
• Education: Degree in Hospitality or equivalent preferred.
• Skills: Strong business acumen regarding inventory and staff scheduling; comprehensive knowledge of premium spirits, wine, and craft cocktails.
• Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills in the primary workplace language.
• Physical & Adaptable Stamina: Ability to stand and lead a team during high-volume periods, lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and work a flexible schedule tailored to the cyclical needs of a luxury property.
