A reputed construction company in Bahrain is urgently seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead its Commercial & Contracts Department.

🔹 Contract Administration & Negotiation
🔹 Claims & Variation Management
🔹 Quantity Surveying & Valuations
🔹 Subcontract Management
🔹 Cost Control & Project Profitability
🔹 Commercial Risk & Dispute Management
🔹 Client & Consultant Negotiations
🔹 Commercial Reporting & Forecasting
🔹 Leading Estimators & Quantity Surveyors

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / related field
✅ Proven experience as Contract Manager / Commercial Manager in construction or infrastructure
✅ Strong knowledge of contracts, claims, variations and commercial management
✅ Excellent negotiation, analytical and leadership skills
✅ Bahrain / GCC experience preferred
✅ Knowledge of the Bahrain construction market will be an advantage
