We are seeking a Travel Agent with a strong knowledge of travel booking systems, IATA regulations, and all key industry processes. You’ll manage customer bookings, advise on the best travel options, and ensure compliance with travel industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Book and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and tours.
Advise clients on destinations, travel requirements, and the best travel packages.
Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, ticketing, and travel documentation.
Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, promotions, and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service from initial booking to post-trip follow-up.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Travel Agent with comprehensive knowledge of IATA processes and travel documentation.
Strong familiarity with booking systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth understanding of global destinations, travel trends, and industry regulations.
