Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and interior details.
Create and modify designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar design software.
Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, lighting layouts, and material selections.
Develop 3D visualizations and presentations for clients and project teams.
Coordinate interior design works with architectural, structural, and MEP requirements.
Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accuracy.
Select appropriate finishes, materials, colors, furniture, fixtures, and decorative elements.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and site teams regarding design implementation.
Conduct site visits and monitor design execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
Prepare material boards, design presentations, and technical documentation.
Make revisions based on client feedback and project requirements.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and project standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Previous experience in architectural interior design and construction projects.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and interior design software.
Experience with 3D modeling/rendering software is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Good understanding of construction materials, finishes, furniture, and interior detailing.
Strong creative, visualization, and presentation skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Bahrain construction/project experience is an advantage.
