Job Summary:
As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our telecom products and services to businesses and individuals. This role involves direct engagement with potential clients outside of a traditional office setting, building relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will be a key contributor to our sales team, working to achieve and exceed sales targets while expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:
• Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential walking customers / cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and other field-based sales activities.
• Territory Management: Effectively manage and develop a designated sales location, identifying high-potential areas and customers.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable telecom products and services (e.g., internet packages, mobile plans, business solutions, devices).
• Product Presentation and Demonstration: Clearly and persuasively present the features and benefits of our telecom offerings, conducting demonstrations where necessary.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Sales Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Reporting and Documentation: Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using provided tools and systems.
• Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the telecom industry or a related field.
• Transferable visa (Work permit)
• Strong understanding of telecom products and services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid Bahrain driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Urdu, Bangladesh.
