Description

A Leading Construction Company in Bahrain is now hiring.

FOLLOWING TERMS ARE REQUIRED:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum Experience 5 years is MANDATORY - (GULF Experience preferred)
- Language Preferred: Fluent English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations on civil construction sites
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project specifications
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to monitor progress
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues
- Maintain accurate records of project developments and resource utilization

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or in a similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices, safety protocols, and construction standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in construction-related software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools)
- Good command of English; Arabic skills are a plus
- Valid work visa and permission to work in Bahrain is an advantage
