Responsibilities:

•Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
•Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
•Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
•Train and mentor cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness
•Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
•Handle customer complaints and feedback related to cleaning services

Qualifications:

•Previous experience in cleaning operations or a similar role
•Strong leadership and communication skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Knowledge of health and safety regulations
•High school diploma or equivalent
